We cut & season our own USDA choice tri-tip steaks and broil them over 100% real mesquite charcoal. Try it Cajun!

Roasted Chicken
One-half chicken seasoned with fresh citrus and rosemary, then slow roasted to "melt-in-your-mouth" tenderness.

Island Fired Chicken
Mesquite-grilled chicken breast with an orange sesame sauce, a fresh grilled pineapple slice, sticky white rice, veggies, and a house salad.

Teriyaki Chicken Bowl
Teriyaki marinated grilled chicken breast, stir-fry vegetables over sticky white rice with a house salad.

Chicken Tenders
Fresh chicken strips, Panko-breaded and extra crisp. Served with french fries and coleslaw.

Twin Teriyaki Sesame Steak Skewers
Tender cubes of USDA choice sirloin skewered with onion, pineapple, bell pepper and mushrooms.

New York Steak
A full-size USDA choice cut, tender and flavorful. Marinated in our own special seasonings and topped with our garlic herb compound butter and onion straws.

Hawaiian-Glazed Baby Back Ribs
Sweet, delicate and tender to the bone! A generous portion of succulent ribs seasoned with flavorful ginger, soy, and hoisin sauce for a unique flavor.



Low Carb Dining
We offer a "Low Carb" option for all fresh fish entrees. Your entree will be served with drawn butter and your choice of low-carb side dishes including: crisp green salad, cottage cheese, or sliced tomatoes.
