Macadamia Nut Mahi Mahi &
Coconut Shrimp

Hawaiian-style crsted mahi accompanied by ur coconut shrimp. Served with white rice, chef's vegetables and piña colada sauce.

Snapper Veracruz and Shrimp
Southwest-seasoned, mesquite broiled snapper filet served with sautéed scampi-style shrimp, tomatoes, olives and garlic. Served atop rice pilaf and chef's vegetables.

Halibut Oscar
Fresh Alaskan Halibut filet crusted with Alaskan crab atop a bed of garlic mashed potatoes and fresh asparagus spears, with a rich, creamy lobster sauce.

Crab-Stuffed Salmon
Crab-stuffed Atlantic salmon grilled and topped with a smoked tomato cream sauce. Served over garlic mashed potatoes and chef's vegetables.

Seared Rare Ahi Tuna
Filet of yellowfin tuna from the back loin, flash-grilled. Served either "black and blue" or "raw style".

Caramelized Salmon and Scallops
Atlantic salmon filet and Canadian scallops with a chilé lime beurre blanc sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and chef's vegetables.

Ultimate Surf & Turf
8 oz. Filet Mignon and an Australian lobster tail. Served with choice of potato and chef's vegetables.

Classic Surf & Turf
Aged USDA choice beef accompanied by your favorite seafood. Choose from:

Alaskan Red King Crab Legs
One full pound of Alaska's largest, moist, rich crab. Very little "labor" in this delicacy. Served with our own sweet butter sauce.

Snow Crab Platter
A full pound of sweet crab, served steamed with our own delicious MB butter

West Australian Lobster Tail
One-half pound of the world's best; broiled and served on the shell!

Fisherman's Stew
A large tureen of lobster, shrimp, scallops, king crab, clams, calamari, mussels and fish fillet. Simmered with tomato, carrots and spices in a steaming hot, Italian tomato broth over linguini. Served with garlic bread.

Filet Oscar
USDA Choice filet mignon crusted with sweet Alaskan crab meat and served on garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. Accompanied with a creamy lobster sauce.
