A delicate fillet of mahi mahi marinated in a soy miso ginger sauce then glazed with hoisin, and served piled high over sticky white rice and chef's vegetables.

Tender northern fillet, mild in flavor, topped with an orange sesame sauce over white rice and chef's vegetables. Served with a papaya relish.
