Perspectives on Marine Aquaculture in California and the U.S. is a short film produced by the Aquarium of the Pacific and its Seafood for the Future program that features prominent scientists and experts on the topic of marine aquaculture in California and the U.S. In this film the experts discuss marine aquaculture’s role in the global food supply and as a conservation tool, the state of domestic marine aquaculture, and the future of marine aquaculture in the U.S. and California.

Market Broiler opened its doors in Riverside, California in 1989. It is a moderately priced, full-service restaurant and is famous for its fresh fish and Chef-inspired Specialty seafood dishes. Market Broiler restaurant is renowned for friendly, polished-casual service, outstanding value, and superior quality food products.
Key to its presentation is the fresh fish market, where all fish being served is on display. In addition, up to a dozen fresh fish are offered daily, entrees of fresh chicken or aged beef as well as signature salads and pastas are offered. Our Master sushi chef has also created a variety of classic sushi rolls, along with our fresh oyster bar selections.
The food is flavorful and portions are generous. The “famous” sourdough bread is served warm at your table as a start to every meal. Our restaurant features a Full Bar, offering a wide selection of spirits to enhance your dining experience.
